We process your personal information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Your prompts and generated images are sent to the following AI providers: OpenAI (DALL-E 3), Stability AI (FLUX.1), and Ideogram. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we have established appropriate data processing agreements with them.
This service is only available to users aged 13 and over. We do not intentionally collect personal information from users under 13.
Under GDPR, parental consent is required for users under 16.
A complete privacy policy (including data retention period, user rights, international data transfer, cookie management, security measures, etc.) is in preparation. We will publish the full version before the official service launch.
